Mothers day Cake

    I know Mothers day is long gone but this is still a good recipe maybe for a Birthday cake. Please review

    Ingredients

    • 2 small cakes to make a layer cake
    • 1kg ready to roll icing
    • jam
    • 4-5 tablespoons easy peasy buttercream

    Method

    1. When your cake comes out of the oven allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
    2. Spread the cake with jam and top off with buttercream and put the other layer on top.
    3. Dye your ready to roll icing whatever colour you prefer and roll it out.
    4. Put it on the cake and make it fit evenly. Enjoy!
