Fill muffin liners or cake tin (I use a non stick tin) with a layer of melted chocolate,
then spoon in a layer of peanut butter,
Press in a chocolate chip cookie and top with more melted chocolate.
Transfer to the freezer and freeze until firm, At least 1 hour.
