    About this recipe: Smooth tofu and yogurt mixed with raspberries, bananas and orange juice. You can serve this as is, with ice or pour it over vanilla ice cream.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 3 

    • 60g smooth silken tofu
    • 2 tablespoons soy milk
    • 60g fruit yogurt
    • 60g fresh raspberries
    • 1/4 banana
    • 475ml orange juice

    1. Place silken tofu, soy milk, yogurt, raspberries, banana and orange juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
