Oeufs mimosa (Stuffed eggs with cream cheese)

    This take on devilled eggs uses cream cheese instead of mayo. The addition of soured cream gives a light and creamy texture.

    • 6 eggs, hard boiled
    • 200gr cream cheese
    • 3 tablespoons soured cream
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • paprika to taste

    1. Peel eggs and slice in half. Remove yolks.
    2. Combine yolks with cheese and soured cream; blend till smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Fill egg halves with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, then serve.
