About this recipe: Easy to Make and really yummy


  • 1 sachet Taco seasoning
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 chopped large onion
  • 750g mince beef
  • 2 tins chopped tomatos
  • 180ml water
  • 8 tortillas (plain)
  • 2 cans refired beans (Hot)
  • 2 pots white sauce
  • grated cheese
  • jalapenos for top
  • sour cream for top
  • Hot prapika
  • smoked prapika
  • garlic powder


  1. Cook the mince, drain the fat.
  2. add the onion, celery, tinned tomato's, all seasoning plus the Taco sachet. Simmer until everything is cooked
  3. In a Deep baking dish, do a layer of the Mince mixture, then layer of tortilla, on top on the tortilla spread a layer of refried beans then white sauce. REPEAT until none left. Last layer needs to be a tortilla then beans then white sauce. TOP with cheese and chopped jalapeno's
  4. Cook in oven at 180 for 30 - 40 mins.
  5. serve with a dollop of sour cream!!
