Heat a little oil in a large saucepan pan over medium heat, add onion, garlic and pepper and cook for a few minutes till the onion is soft.
Add cumin, paprika, chilli powder and cayenne, cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add tomatoes, puree and stock, along with sugar and marjoram/oregano and chopped chillies if desired, and simmer for a few minutes.
Add Quorn® mince and beans, cook, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes on low to medium heat, stir every couple of minutes. Taste and add salt and pepper as required.
Ready! Garnish with coriander (if using) and serve with rice and/or wedges.
