    About this recipe: Coconut balls made with almond flour, banana, cashew butter and coconut are a gluten-free, natural sugar snack or sweet. They are fun for kids to make and require no baking.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 60g ground amonds
    • 65g cashew butter
    • 55g mashed banana
    • 30g unsweetened grated coconut, divided

    Method

    1. Mix ground almonds, cashew butter, mashed banana and 3 tablespoons coconut together in a bowl; roll into bite-size balls.
    2. Spread remaining 2 tablespoons coconut in a shallow bowl. Roll balls in coconut to coat. Chill if desired.
