About this recipe: Kale is cooked down with lots of orange zest and juice in this delicious side dish that is quick and easy to make.


Serves: 2 

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 140g chopped kale
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat. Add half the kale; cook until mostly wilted, about 2 minutes. Add remaining kale; cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Stir in orange zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.
