About this recipe: A tropical breakfast bowl featuring mango, banana, coconut, gogi berries and chia seeds. This will help you power through your morning!


Serves: 1 

  • 250g frozen mango chunks
  • 240ml almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened creamed coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

  1. Place mango chunks, almond milk, banana, creamed coconut and vanilla extract in a blender; puree until smoothie is thick and smooth. Pour into a serving bowl.
  2. Top smoothie bowl with coconut flakes, goji berries and chia seeds.
