Dairy free breakfast bowl

    I have recently discovered smoothie breakfast bowls and am enjoying trying different combinations. This one is dairy free but packed with flax seeds and almonds for energy.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 banana
    • handful frozen raspberries, plus more for serving
    • juice of 1 orange
    • 1 to 2 tablespoons flax seeds
    • 2 tablespoons toasted chopped almonds

    1. Place banana, raspberries and orange juice in a blender; puree until smooth. Transfer into a breakfast bowl; top with flax seeds and chopped almonds and extra raspberries, if you like.
