  • 1 apple, roughly chopped
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 300ml milk
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
