About this recipe: A simple recipe for beloved ham and cheese jambon pastries. Squares of puff pastry are filled with ham and cheese for a tasty breakfast on the go or afternoon snack.

Makes: 6 

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 175g ham, chopped
  • 50g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 50g grated Cheddar cheese
  • beaten egg, to glaze

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Roll out pastry and cut into 6 even squares.
  2. Fill the middle with the ham and both cheeses - be generous! Fold each corner towards the middle and pinch at the ends so the filling doesn't spill. Place on parchment-lined baking tray and brush with beaten egg.
  3. Pop in a preheated oven at 180-190 C / Gas 4-5 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
