    About this recipe: I put this smoothie recipe together after experimenting with a few others. Fresh blueberries are blended with avocado, banana, almond milk and chia seeds into a quick and easy smoothie with a touch of natural sweetness.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 240ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and halved
    • 145g fresh blueberries
    • 1 banana
    • 4 or 5 ice cubes
    • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    1. Combine almond milk, avocado, blueberries, banana, ice and chia seeds in a blender; blend until smooth.
