About this recipe: All you need is coconut cream and chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®) to make these rich and decadent ice pops.


Makes: 6 ice pops

  • 400g creamed coconut
  • 125g chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or more to taste

Prep:5min  ›  Extra time:4hr freezing  ›  Ready in:4hr5min 

  1. Beat creamed coconut in a bowl with a whisk until creamy and smooth; add chocolate-hazelnut spread and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice pop moulds.
  2. Freeze mixture until solid, about 4 hours.

OMG!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous. I miss ice cream so much in France. Its hard to buy soya ice cream so this is a real treat for me. Never even thought of coconut milk/cream DOH!
