Crush digestives in a large plastic bag or in a food processor. Once done empty into a large mixing bowl.
Add the banana to the biscuits and mash with a fork until incorporated.
Gradually mix in the tin of caramel. (You probably won't need the whole tin, we just want all biscuits and banana to be covered but not too much to make the mix sticky and wet. If you add too much, just add more biscuits.)
Form the mixture into balls, roughly an inch in diameter. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
While the balls are setting, melt some chocolate of your choice in the microwave or in a bain marie.
Take your balls from the freezer and using a cocktail stick/spoon dip them in the chocolate to cover. Then set in the freezer again for a further 10 minutes.
The last stage is where you can get imaginative with decoration. How about adding crushed biscuits on top with a drizzle of leftover caramel. Or just adding a contrasting chocolate drizzle on top instead. Alternatively, for mine I did the following: while the chocolate was still wet I applied some 100's & 1000's then set the balls in the freezer for one last time.
