    • 300g Breadcrumbs
    • 150g Parmesan cheese
    • 200g Sliced Caciocavallo cheese or an alternative such as Edam
    • 750g Tomato passata
    • 1 Onion
    • 1 Clove garlic
    • 2 tbspns Extra virgin olive oil
    • 100g Black olives in brine (chopped)
