Garlic and sun-dried tomato-infused oil

    This homemade infused olive oil can be used as a salad dressing, a dip for crusty bread or simply drizzled over pasta.

    Serves: 32 

    • 7 cloves garlic, chopped, or more to taste
    • 10 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    • 500ml olive oil

    Prep:10min  ›  Extra time:8hr chilling  ›  Ready in:8hr10min 

    1. Place garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in a dark glass bottle. Pour olive oil into the bottle using a funnel. Close the bottle tightly and store in fridge for 8 hours or overnight to infuse before using. Store leftover infused oil in the fridge.
