Microwave chocolate fudge

1. Break up chocolate and place along with milk and butter into microwavable bowl.
2. Microwave in an 800w microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, then whisk until all ingredients are smooth and glossy.
3. Place back in microwave and microwave for 3 minutes.
4. Pour into a 20cm (8 in) square tray lined with greaseproof paper and leave to set for 1 hour. Once set, cut into squares.

Tip

Put in the freezer for the final 30 minutes to make cutting easy.
