Spicy chicken tacos

    Cooked chicken is spiced up with chilli and cumin, then topped with spicy wing sauce and crumbled blue cheese in these quick and easy chicken tacos. They taste just like chicken wings but without the mess!

    Serves: 3 

    • 120g cooked chicken, chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 3 crunchy taco shells or soft tortillas
    • 4 tablespoons spicy wing sauce
    • 40g blue cheese, crumbled

    1. Place chicken in a bowl and season with chilli powder, cumin and garlic. Spoon chicken into taco shells. Pour Buffalo wing sauce over chicken and top with blue cheese.

    Tasty recipe to whip up for a quick dinner! I garnished with cilantro, but definitely should have added some tomatoes or celery- something to just add to the mix. I used my leftover soft corn tacos rather than hard shell. However, I think the hard shell would have added some extra texture.
