About this recipe: From my daughter Claire. If you've very small leeks, you can leave them whole. Use your favourite cheese sauce in a tub for this recipe.

Serves: 2 

  • 400g leeks, chopped
  • 100g ham, chopped
  • Tesco light cheese sauce
  • 100g dried breadcrumbs
  • 60g grated Parmesan cheese

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:40min 

  1. Place leeks and ham in a baking dish. Pour over cheese sauce. Sprinkle over breadcrumbs and Parmesan. Bake in a preheated moderate oven till bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
