About this recipe: This is very much a chuck-it-in and eat dessert, very quick to make and ideal for those cold nights when you're on your own and just want something sweet after supper. There are no measurements, just taste as you go along and add a bit more of whatever if you fancy! It's not your usual cheesecake, its more of a smashed up version but still tastes just as good!
I'm guessing you can substitute the lemon with anything else you like - for example, I've used juice from an orange instead of lemon and then drizzled liquid chocolate on top!
