Cheese on toast on another level

This takes the simple classic cheese on toast to another level. Very tasty light and satisfying. I have tried a few other options for example adding grilled chopped up bacon. Or another example is try adding a little chilli sauce to the mayo and then mix in with the cheese.

- 1 slice bread
- 1 handful grated mature Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Ready in:15min
- Toast your bread.
- Grate the cheese and add the onion.
- Mix together with the mayonnaise.
- Spread generously onto the toast and the grill until golden brown.
- Enjoy.
