    Blended fruit smoothie at the bottom, topped with more fruit, granola and honey!

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 mug ice cubes, or as needed
    • 150g strawberries, divided
    • 2 bananas, sliced, divided
    • 70g blackberries
    • 60ml apple juice
    • 70g blueberries
    • 60g granola
    • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

    1. Blend ice, 1/2 of the strawberries, 1 banana, blackberries and apple juice together in a blender until smooth, adding more ice depending on your desired consistency. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
    2. Top smoothie with remaining strawberries, remaining banana, blueberries and granola. Drizzle honey over the top.

    I made 1 serving of this as I was just making for myself. I used frozen berries and decided to omit the ice cubes because of this. It's winter here.. So didn't want anything freezing cold to start my day. I don't drink juices so used a couple dollops of plain Greek yogurt instead. Added some almonds to garnish as well. Will definitely make again..
