About this recipe:
This meal was something that me and my kids and partner made using bits we normally end up leaving in the cupboard.
1 teaspoon olive oil
500g diced pork
3/4 pint rice
1 large tin pineapple in syrup
- Preheat the oil in the wok or large frying pan. When hot, add pork and cook till no longer pink in the centre.
- Meanwhile, cook your rice according to packet instructions.
- When the pork is cooked add the whole tin of pineapple chunks including the syrup and stir well.
- When the rice is cooked put the pork in with the fluffy rice and mix.
- Serve and enjoy.
