About this recipe: This is my lovely creamy tuna casserole which I love having with peas or salad.

Serves: 4 

  • 800g wholemeal pasta
  • 150ml whole milk
  • 8 tablespoons mayo
  • 120g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cans tuna, drained

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Boil the pasta with a pinch of salt until dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, mix the milk, mayo, Cheddar, Parmesan, paprika, salt and pepper in a medium size casserole dish until smooth.
  3. Once the pasta is cooked, drain well and add to the mix in the casserole dish. Flake the tuna into it and mix until well combined.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring once halfway through.


Add a little extra Cheddar on top 10 minutes before the end of baking.
