Combine the oats, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add the butter and rub together till the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over your crumble filling (for one portion, a ramekin filled 3/4 full with fruit works well). Bake at 180 C / Gas 4 for 40 minutes, or till browned.
