    About this recipe: These moist delicious cupcakes come out perfect every time. I hope yours will too.

    Ingredients
    Makes: 12 cupcakes

    • 170g butter
    • 170g caster sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 170g plain flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Method

    1. Cream the butter and the sugar together.
    2. Crack the eggs into a mug or a small bowl. Whisk with a whisk or a fork. Add to the butter-sugar mixture.
    3. Stir in the flour and baking powder, then the vanilla. Divide between 12 cupcake cases.
    4. Bake in the centre of a preheated oven (170 C / Gas 3) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
