250g marshmallows, sliced into halves
100g macadamia nuts, chopped
100g dried cranberries
40g desiccated coconut

Line a 20cm dish with greasproof paper.
Melt white chocolate in a microwave (or in a double boiler), stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Stir in marshmallows, macadamia nuts, cranberries, pistachios and coconut.
Pour into prepared baking dish then refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Remove from fridge and slice into bite sized pieces with a warm knife.
