About this recipe:These grapes were served to me after a massage at a spa. They tasted so refreshing and were such a lovely touch that I wanted to try them again! Can be kept in a sealed bag in the freezer for several months. Great fun for a mother's day treat or to serve at a posh hen party!
160g seedless green grapes
160g seedless red grapes
50g caster sugar, or to taste

Remove grapes from stems and place in a colander. Wash thoroughly.
Place grapes in a large, resealable food bag. Pour sugar into the bag and seal. Gently shake the bag to evenly coat grapes with sugar.
Arrange grapes on a few sheets of kitchen roll to drain any remaining water, about 15 minutes.
Place grapes in a single layer on a shallow baking tray. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
