Raspberry and strawberry smoothie

    This smoothie recipe is great any day, any time! It's very versatile and you can really make it your own; own thickness, own taste, how rich it is, etc.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/2 punnet strawberries
    • 1/2 punnet raspberries
    • 100ml milk
    • 5 tablespoons natural yoghurt
    • 1 scoop ice cream (optional)

    1. Put all your ingredients in your blender, and blend to your satisfaction.
    2. If needed, add more of any of the ingredients, depending on how you like it.
    3. Pour into a glass, and there you have it! If you like you could even garnish with some whipped cream.
