    About this recipe: This is a delicious detox juice made from fresh beetroot, lemons, carrots and apples. It is a great way to kick start your day and to get your vitamins.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 2 lemons - peeled, seeded, and quartered
    • 2 carrots, chopped
    • 2 apples, quartered
    • 2 beetroots, trimmed and chopped

    1. Press lemons, carrots, apples, and beetroots through a juicer and into a large glass.

    Tip:

    Try to leave the peel on the carrots and apples as many of their nutrients are in the skin. They also add fibre to the juice. This juice full of beta-carotene which is great for your skin, eyes and releasing toxins from the body.
