I saw this recipe and I just had to try it because it was so unique I never would have though of combining those three ingredients... As it chills it really does develop a flavor all its own you can definitely taste the banana but really it develops its own chocolaty flavor.. Healthy and pretty good, I guess, but also rather bland; I added 1tsp salt, 1tsp vanilla, 1tbs honey, and 5tbs cocoa (instead of 4), which did the trick really nicely and made a wonderfully rich-tasting but still quite light pudding. - 18 Jul 2014 (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
