I spent hours going through hundreds of different websites and cookery books trying to find the perfect recipe for this decadent treat. Regretfully my attempts proved unsuccessful so I - a humble home cook - decided to do something about it. Now after many, many, many tried and tested results this recipe has been born with just the right amount of everything to give true perfection. My one tip is to be generous with the cocoa powder and to be free to add your own twist. Marshmallows are always a great crowd pleaser! Enjoy!
