Blueberry vinaigrette

    10 min

This blueberry vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh blueberries, vinegar and honey and has a good sweet-tart balance. Nice use for a handful of over ripe blueberries if you have them. The dressing is lovley on a green salad with feta cheese and toasted walnuts.

7.16.16 Nice dressing for today's luncheon salad of romaine hearts, fresh blueberries, feta cheese and toasted walnuts. This dressing has a good balance of sweet-tart. Fairuzah, thanks for sharing your recipe.  -  16 Jul 2016  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Was so yummy. Made warm spinach salad with grilled chicken breast and sautéed mushrooms with some fresh blueberries on top. Dressing sooo easy to make and delicious! Will make again.  -  23 Aug 2018  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

Fantastic! I also used EVOO along with strawberry balsamic, white vinegar and honey. I cut this recipe in half for two persons and still had plenty for another salad or two.  -  07 Aug 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
