About this recipe: This blueberry vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh blueberries, vinegar and honey and has a good sweet-tart balance. Nice use for a handful of over ripe blueberries if you have them. The dressing is lovley on a green salad with feta cheese and toasted walnuts.

    • 180ml vegetable oil
    • 70g fresh (or frozen) blueberries
    • 2 tablespoons white vinegar

7.16.16 Nice dressing for today's luncheon salad of romaine hearts, fresh blueberries, feta cheese and toasted walnuts. This dressing has a good balance of sweet-tart. Fairuzah, thanks for sharing your recipe.  -  16 Jul 2016  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

used EVOO and feels like the flavor competes with the blueberries, will try another oil like canola or grape-seed oil next time.  -  15 Mar 2017  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)

I would definitely make this again. I doubled the recipe and put it in two bottles, one to use and one to give away to friends. I've been looking at several recipes for awhile, but this one is far less sugary.  -  21 Sep 2016  (Review from Allrecipes US | Canada)
