In a bowl mix chicken with lemon juice and peri-peri seasoning, and set aside
Mash avocado in a separate bowl, and set aside.
Heat wrap over a gas hob or in the oven, for about 1 minute.
When wrap is warm, scoop avocado onto the wrap, then place the seasoned chicken breast on the avocado, sprinkle with the chopped coriander, onion and chilli. Top with the spinach, then wrap up and enjoy.
These wraps can be made the night before and kept in the fridge for lunch the next day; I recommend wrapping them in parchment paper for best freshness. These wraps are delicious and nutritious you could also add freshly chopped tomatoes, cucumber, etc. if you are eating straightaway.
