About this recipe: Peanut butter and Baileys® make a creamy and rich frozen yoghurt for the peanut butter lovers in your life! Plus it's easy and fast to make.


Serves: 10 

  • 680g fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 200g smooth peanut butter
  • 120ml Baileys® or Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Combine yoghurt, sugar, peanut butter, Irish cream liqueur and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Refrigerate yoghurt mixture until chilled, 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Process yoghurt mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers' instructions for churning.


My ice cream maker took about 25 minutes to churn the frozen yoghurt to a soft-serve consistency. If you prefer it to be firmer, place in an airtight plastic container and freeze for 2 to 4 hours.
