Spicy green veggie juice

    Spinach, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and lemon are processed through a juicer for a refreshing and energizing green vegetable juice.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1/4 large lemon
    • 30g fresh spinach, or to taste
    • 2 sprigs fresh parsley, or more to taste
    • 2 celery stalks
    • 1/3 small jalapeno pepper (optional)
    • 1 tomato, quartered
    • 1 pinch salt
    • ice, as desired

    1. Process lemon, spinach, parsley, celery, jalapeno pepper and tomato, respectively, through a juicer. Season juice with salt.
    2. Fill a glass with ice and add juice.
