About this recipe: This raw chocolate mousse is smooth, creamy and dairy free. It just melts in your mouth. With only a few ingredients you will make this healthy dessert in a couple of minutes. Mousse can be served immediately or refrigerated for a thicker consistency.


Serves: 2 

  • 100g cashew nuts
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons creamed coconut

  1. Blend cashews in a blender to a smooth butter consistency, about 2 minutes. Add agave syrup, cocoa powder and creamed coconut; blend until smooth and creamy.


Soak cashews overnight for an even creamier texture. Rinse and dry well before adding to the recipe.
