Chocolate and orange is a delicious combination when it comes to a sweet treat! I have used hollowed out oranges as bowls, to give this dessert a rustic and gourmet look, as well as to maximise the orange flavour. These cute chocolate orange mousses would be great for parties, summer events... as they are so simple and quick to make, and are very eye catching! What I love most about this recipe is that it can be adapted to your own liking, by adding in more cocoa for a richer flavour, or more orange for a citrus tang! The choice is yours!
Refrigerate the coconut milk overnight for best results. Keep the mousse stored in a sealed container in the fridge; it will keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days!
Decorate with a drizzle of leftover melted chocolate, grated chocolate and a slice of juicy orange. You can always sprinkle on some chopped hazelnuts for added protein and tasty crunch!
