  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120ml cold unsweetened almond milk
  • 50g frozen blueberries
  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped, or more taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter, or more to taste
