About this recipe: These all-natural date and cashew energy bites are super easy to make. Keep them in your freezer for whenever you a little boost of energy.

Serves: 20 

  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 125g raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon milled flaxseed
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Combine dates, cashews, flaxseed, cinnamon and salt in a food processor or blender; blend until very well mixed. While the processor is running, add coconut oil and blend until mixture holds together.
  2. Roll mixture into 20 bite-size balls and arrange on a plate or baking tray. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Keep energy bites stored in the freezer or fridge.
