I baked this banana loaf a couple of weeks ago with a couple of slight tweaks - I added nutmeg instead of cinnamon, a tsp of vanilla extract, a tbsp of coconut flakes, and 100g of chopped dark chocolate instead of chocolate chips. It turned out lovely, I will bake it again for sure. - 12 Mar 2018
Really lovely loaf, very easy to follow recipe. I'm not a big cinnamon fan so will try making this with no cinnamon or try half a teaspoon. The family loved this with a smearing of Nutella Choc spread..delicious - 28 Jan 2018
