I am making these jacket potatoes right now because I love jacket potatoes; like most British people. I heat my normal oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and once the potatoes are done in the microwave oven, I put them straight into the normal oven for 20 minutes to crisp up the jacket. I put a tin of baked beans to heat in the microwave oven. I slice down the middle and fork the fluffy potato with Bertolli margarine, then add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, basil, and baked beans and grated mozzarella cheese then put back in the microwave oven to melt the cheese. Lovely, really tasty, great after being in the gym for 3 hours. - 21 May 2013
