    About this recipe: Fresh lemon, courgette, spinach and mango chunks are blended with coconut oil to make this quick and easy smoothie.

    • 30g frozen mango chunks
    • 1/2 lemon, peeled
    • 30g fresh spinach
    • 1/4 unpeeled courgette, chopped
    • 180ml water
    • 4 ice cubes, or more to taste
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

    1. Combine mango chunks, lemon, spinach, courgette, water, ice cubes and coconut oil in a high-speed blender; blend until smooth.
