    About this recipe: This delicious, potassium filled, cool smoothie will get your taste buds bursting! Very delicious!

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 large or 2 small bananas
    • 1 drop vanilla extract
    • 1 heaped tablespoon sugar or honey
    • 150ml whole milk, or more if desired
    • 3 ice cubes

    1. Place all ingredients into blender and whizz for 30 seconds or until smooth. Enjoy!

    Tip

    So simple! I used a legend or nutri bullet to whizz mine but any blender should do the job just as well. Add avocado, coconut milk, fresh or frozen mango chunks, but avoid things like orange, lemon, lime, anything that wouldn't go with milk.
