This was delicious and moist. I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, so I substituted red wine vinegar instead. I also used Olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I covered with foil for the first half of cooking time. Loved it. My pork chops were thin, so I baked for a total of 40 minutes instead of a full hour.
