Baked pork chops
Pork chops are baked with a tangy sauce made of soy sauce, Worcestershire and ketchup. It only takes 15 minute to prep!
Ingredients
Serves: 6
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup, or to taste
- 6 pork chops, trimmed

- Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
- In a small bowl, thoroughly blend soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup.
- Place pork chops in a baking dish and spread 1/2 the sauce over the top of the chops.
- Bake pork chops for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Turn the chops over and spread the remaining sauce on top. Continue baking for another 30 minutes.

Very easy and quick. Good idea to only add half the sauce before turning chops over. Chops nice and moist and sauce very tangy. Love er ly - 11 Oct 2016
Made a couple of times now & really like it. We did use others suggestion to double the sauce. When baking we've found that 20 min a side is enough. We covered the chops until the last 10 min when we uncovered them. UPDATE: 5/1/2018 tonight we had these again & I don't know what was different but my hubby & I both couldn't figure why we gave these a 4 star because they should've been only a 2 or 3. Why we doubled the sauce I still don't know because that was most of the problem I think.
