Garlic mayonnaise aioli

    This is a cheat's version of lemon and garlic aioli that uses mayonnaise as the base and is so quick and easy to whip up. It is delicious served alongside chunky chips and a big bowl of steamed mussels.

    Serves: 8 

    • 240g light mayonnaise
    • 1 teaspoon mustard
    • 1 dash salt
    • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 3 cloves garlic, crushed, or more to taste

    1. Mix mayonnaise, mustard and salt together in a bowl. Stir in lemon juice and garlic.
