About this recipe: A ham, glazed with pineapple chunks, spicy brown mustard, honey and garlic, cooks slowly for hours until moist and tender.

  • 2.25kg bone-in ham
  • 225g pineapple chunks with juice
  • 120ml spicy brown mustard
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons honey, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

  1. Place ham in a slow cooker.
  2. Mix pineapple chunks, mustard, honey and garlic in a bowl. Spread over ham.
  3. Cook on Low until ham is easily shredded with a fork, 6 to 8 hours.
