Banana milk coffee

    Milk and banana are blended together until creamy and poured over cold coffee and ice for a naturally sweetened drink! You can use any kind of milk for this recipe, including soya and nut milks.

    Serves: 2 

    • 235ml milk
    • 1 very ripe banana
    • ice cubes
    • 235ml cold brewed coffee

    1. Combine milk and banana in a blender; blend until very smooth, about 1 minute.
    2. Fill two glasses with ice cubes. Divide coffee between the glasses. Pour banana milk on top, dividing it evenly between the glasses.

    I had this with vanilla flavored soy milk and it turned out great! It tastes just like I thought it would, I agree that the coffee taste is subtle but I didn't mind it at all.
